It was a great weekend at Galot Motorsports park with the Carolina Xtreme Pro Mod Series. We were a little low on cars but ended up having a great 8 car shootout. Congratulations to Jay Cox and his team for taking the win as well as being the low qualifier. Thanks to all of the teams that showed up to support the show. Tony Wilson and Nathan Vanbeek have put a lot of time into this , great strides are being made with the series, Started Qualifying at 2pm and ran the finals at 8:30pm. Where else can you run for $4,000 to win for only a $200 dollar entry that includes driver and two crew, as well as free testing the day before the event
The Summit ET series was also racing this weekend at Galot. I’m guessing there was well over 200 entries on Saturday. A big shout out to all of the door cars you guys put on a great show. If you don’t have a super tight bracket package watch out these men and women are brutal on both ends of the track.
I’ll be uploading picture throughout the week. I figured since I was paying for this site I needed to use it more LOL.
I hope everyone had a GREAT Fathers Day!!
PS Don’t forget we will be LIVE Thursday night form the Piedmont Big Dog Series
